Phoenix Auto Parts – Return Policy

At Phoenix Auto Parts, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • Items must include all original parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Certain items such as electrical components, special-order parts, and clearance items are non-returnable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Electrical parts and components (due to testing and installation risks).
  • Custom or special-order parts.
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.
  • Items damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse.

Return Process

  • Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  • Once approved, we will share the return address and instructions.
  • Ship the product back using a trackable method. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong part, we’ll help you find the correct one. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days, and restocking fees may apply depending on the condition of the returned item.
