Standard and Express

We know you’ll be keen to receive your order as quickly as possible.  Please make sure you provide us with a valid delivery address and contact phone number so we can contact you if there are any issues with your consignment.

We pack every order carefully to ensure it reaches you in good condition.

Your order will be sent through Australia Post or one of our preferred couriers.

All consignments are tracked.  The tracking number shall be notified to your nominated email.  

We aim to dispatch express deliveries mostly within 2 business days so to avoid unexpected delays.

Splitting orders 

Some products require that we use specialist delivery services. In some cases, we may need to split your order into different shipments to ensure your products arrive safely. If you only receive part of your order, the rest of your order will arrive shortly.
